Focal Naim America has announced two key leadership appointments aimed at supporting long-term growth and strengthening its presence across North America. The company has named Yassine Zaim as Managing Director and Scott G. Ashbaugh as USA Regional Sales Director.
As Managing Director, Zaim will oversee operations for both Focal Naim America and Focal Naim Canada, with responsibility for aligning regional strategy, strengthening partnerships, and supporting sustainable growth across the Americas. Zaim brings more than a decade of international experience across the hi-fi and professional audio sectors, with a background that combines commercial leadership, audio technology expertise, and global market experience. His career includes leading multicultural teams and managing multi-territory operations for premium audio brands in both consumer and professional markets.
Ashbaugh joins the company as USA Regional Sales Director, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening Focal and Naim’s U.S. dealer network and supporting continued market expansion. Ashbaugh’s background includes sales leadership, channel strategy, and business development, with a track record of expanding brands into new markets and delivering sustained revenue growth.
