Entries are now being accepted for the 2020 CEDIA Best New Products Awards and Product Hall of Fame programs. The honors, open to CEDIA member manufacturing companies and trade suppliers, include hardware and software categories.
“CEDIA member companies are continually developing the most cutting edge products in residential technology and this program shines a worldwide spotlight on the best they have to offer,” says Giles Sutton, senior vice president of industry engagement, CEDIA.
“We again expect competition this year to be fierce, showcasing the tech that is redefining the way we live every day. We’re anticipating big things from this year’s entrants.”
The Best New Products Awards recognize hardware and software technology that offer exceptional innovation and installation value for the industry, enhancing the lifestyle of homeowners. New product entries need to have been released and fully shipped between September 30, 2019 and September 30, 2020.
The deadline for submissions is May 11, 2020. Finalists will be announced July 27, 2020. Winning products from the Americas region will be announced and recognized September 8-12 at CEDIA Expo in Denver. Winning products from the EMEA region will be announced and recognized this fall at the 2020 CEDIA EMEA Awards event in London.
