Samsung is launching three new OLED TV models in 2025, featuring screen sizes up to 83 inches and what the company says is its most advanced glare-free OLED technology and AI features designed to optimize image and audio quality.
Vision AI Coming to S95F, S90F and S85F OLEDs
Like other 2025 TV releases from Samsung, the new OLED TVs feature Vision AI that includes tools like Click to Search for instant access to content recommendations and actor bios, as well as Live Translate for instant subtitles on any live broadcast.
Samsung says Vision AI also brings new SmartThings features that provide access on the TV to live video of a user’s home through connected cameras to check up on pets and family members. Users can also get notifications from smart devices and a 3D view of their smart home right on the TV. Users can also control some elements of the TV through their Galaxy Watch.
These features will be available through One UI Tizen, which Samsung says is its new-look Tizen OS with a refreshed layout that looks like the interfaces of Samsung smartphones, tablets and watches. Homeowners can create separate profiles for each member of the family, and Samsung will be supporting the operating system for up to seven years.
For its OLEDs, Samsung markets free TV services like Samsung TV Plus, gaming via the Samsung Gaming Hub, the Stingray Karaoke app that is also included in other 2025 TV releases, smart home integrations, and enhanced security.
Samsung S95F OLED
The 2025 flagship Samsung OLED TV is the S95F, featuring what Samsung says is its best OLED glare-free technology along with the company’s brightest-ever OLED screen and OLED HDR Pro.
The new OLED also comes with the NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor, also featured in new versions of The Frame, that upscales content into 4K resolution.
The S95F also features the company’s Motion Xcelerator technology that brings a 165Hz refresh rate when gaming.
“Together, these upgrades make the S95F our best OLED yet, offering a cinematic picture without distractions,” the company says.
Currently, the S95F is only available in sizes of 55-, 65-, and 77-inches, with an 83-inch size rolling out soon. The currently available sizes are respectively priced at $2,299, $3,299, and $4,499.
In a statement, Lydia Cho, head of product for the company’s U.S. home entertainment business, says the idea behind the S95F is flexibility and the ability to watch content without being affected by sunlight and ambient lighting.
“Our flagship S95F series offers all of that and more, featuring our best OLED Glare-Free technology yet, while maintaining pure blacks, clean whites, dramatic contrast and truly breathtaking, Pantone-validated color,” Cho said. “Paired with our most advanced 4K processor, an upgraded refresh rate and a 30% brightness boost, you’ll experience the most realistic picture possible on a Samsung OLED TV.”
Samsung S90F OLED
Meanwhile, the mid-tier S90F OLED series has many of the same features, such as the AI processor, 4K upscaling, and more, but with slightly less advanced HDR and refresh rates (144Hz via Motion Xcelerator).
The TV also features AI Motion Enhancer Pro to sharpen and smooth fast-moving objects, and users can leverage Object Tracking Sound Lite, Active Voice Amplifier Pro, and Adaptive Sound Pro to tailor the audio to their space and content, the company says.
The S90F will come in six sizes ranging from 42 inches at $1,299 to 83 inches at $5,399.
Samsung S85F OLED
The most affordable OLED in the lineup, the S85F, Samsung says, comes powered by the NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor for image and audio optimization, 4K AI upscaling, and a lower 120Hz Motion Xcelerator refresh rate.
The model also includes Color Booster Pro, which uses AI to analyze each scene and deliver vivid colors and detail. The entire 2025 OLED lineup, including this lower-end model, features Pantone-validated color that Samsung says brings deep blacks and vivid colors to the screen.
Not surprisingly, the S85F is priced slightly lower than Samsung’s other 2025 OLEDs, starting at $1,499 for the 55-inch model and up to $4,499 for the largest 83-inch model.
