The SwingSmart 535 and SlideSmart 535, are two next-generation commercial gate operators released by Nice.
Both models use a 24-volt brushless DC motor and a direct-drive system that removes belts and pulleys, resulting in smooth, quiet motion with minimal maintenance. The integrated SmartTouch 725 Controller and SmartBLDC Power Module provide torque control and energy efficiency, while an onboard battery backup offers up to 100 cycles during power outages.
The 535 Series also supports solar power with a 200-watt MPPT charger and introduces Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity for configuration through the HySecurity Installer App.
Technicians can adjust over 70 settings, run diagnostics, and store profiles from their smartphones. The units feature a clear OLED display, toolless terminals, and compatibility with BlueBus accessories, Linear MegaCode remotes, and HomeLink transmitters.
Maintenance and monitoring are made easier with built-in event logging, USB and Ethernet ports for updates, and HyNet remote connectivity for real-time alerts and reduced service visits. The SwingSmart 535 targets residential and estate applications with its patented Taper Clamp for fine-tuning in windy conditions, while the SlideSmart 535 is optimized for commercial and industrial gates. Both models feature weather-sealed, rodent-resistant enclosures and durable components like cast-steel arms and solid-state limits.
