Where Residential Video Actually Showed Up at ISE 2026

Published: February 11, 2026

ISE 2026 delivered no shortage of massive LED walls, ultra-bright commercial displays, and control-room video solutions, reinforcing the show’s role as a global hub for professional AV. But for U.S. integrators walking the floor at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, the more interesting moments showed up in smaller pockets, where a handful of manufacturers used the show to speak directly to the luxury home market.

This look at residential-leaning video at ISE 2026 focuses on the technologies that caught CE Pro’s attention. While big TV brands like LG, Sony, and Samsung were present, their booths leaned heavily toward commercial and large-venue applications, with relatively little aimed squarely at custom residential installs. That left room for other brands—including some new U.S. players—to stand out by focusing on design, architectural integration, and high-end performance.

The U.S. TV market remains dominated by familiar names, and integrators know that LG, Sony, and Samsung already have deep residential lineups back home. At ISE 2026, though, those companies didn’t push much new residential storytelling on the show floor, especially compared to their emphasis on signage, corporate, and large-scale LED solutions. The roughly 3,500 U.S. professionals who made the trip to Barcelona had the chance to check out some new brands they might not be too familiar with.

Design First Displays Take Center Stage

That gap gave a smaller group of brands with clear residential intent more room to make an impression. At ISE 2026, Germany-based Loewe, and Spain-based ZION Technology each used the show to reinforce how video fits into the next generation of luxury homes.

Loewe used ISE 2026 to reintroduce itself to the global integration community ahead of its U.S. market entry, positioning its Stellar OLED as a design object as much as a display. Instead of competing on scale or peak brightness, Loewe emphasized materials, industrial design, and how the display lives within a refined interior. On the show floor, the Stellar OLED felt less like a consumer TV and more like a permanent architectural element, signaling clear intent toward architect- and designer-led projects.

ZION took a different approach, focusing on architectural scale and flexibility. Its booth centered on large-format indoor and outdoor Micro-LED displays designed to be integrated directly into the structure of the home. Indoor demonstrations highlighted seamless modular construction and residential-appropriate pixel pitches, while outdoor solutions emphasized brightness, durability, and wide viewing angles. Across both categories, ZION framed its displays as built-in features rather than surface-mounted screens, aligning closely with current luxury residential design trends.

Outdoor and Private Cinema Push Beyond Flat Panels

Outdoor video was another area that stood out, with Stealth Acoustics showcasing how exterior displays are evolving into destination experiences with its Patio Theater line of large-format outdoor LED displays. Rather than emphasizing ultra-fine pixel pitch, Stealth focused on viewing distance and screen size, favoring larger displays that deliver impact from typical outdoor seating areas. Flexible installation options, including surface-mounted, partially buried, or fully buried configurations, reinforced a broader ISE theme: outdoor video is no longer an add-on, but a core element of high-end residential design.

For dedicated home theater environments, Barco Residential leaned into cinematic credibility. Its ISE 2026 presence featured residential LED walls and RGB laser projection systems tuned for reference-level performance, with a clear focus on black levels, color accuracy, and quiet operation. The use of multiple partner-led demo rooms underscored Barco’s emphasis on full-system integration and theater-grade experiences rather than standalone display specs.

Taken together, Loewe, ZION Technology, Stealth Acoustics, and Barco Residential highlighted a broader theme at ISE 2026. For the high end of the U.S. residential market, their presence reinforced that some of the most interesting video conversations at ISE aren’t about bigger booths or brighter LEDs, but about how displays actually live in the home.
