Sol-Lux, a subsidiary of Carefree of Colorado, has appointed Synapse as its manufacturer representative for the MINK territory (Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas), citing the company’s established roots in the CEDIA channel as a key quality in supporting Sol-Lux’s portfolio within the channel.
The Value to Integrators
As part of the partnership, the Synapse team will support integrators with specification assistance, jobsite collaboration, training and ongoing technical resources to help position shading as a performance-driven component within their connected home solutions.

Outdoor Projects Remain Strong Revenue Driver for Channel
Demand for outdoor infrastructure in the channel has maintained solid growth for quite some time now, with outdoor projects accounting for nearly $130,000 in median integrator revenues for 2025.
When asked as part of the CE Pro Outdoor Technology Deep Dive, nearly three quarters of integrators said they expected their outdoor business to increase this year.
Among those projects, Audio, Video and Networking remain the most popular categories, however, Lighting & Shading has been growing in demand alongside Security.
