From walk-up facial recognition and privacy-first voice control to advanced surveillance and whole-home automation, attendees will see exactly how Nice makes connected living more secure and more effortless.
“We want dealers to walk away knowing they can create experiences their customers will remember and value every day,” says Mohamed Vaid, chief executive officer at Nice North America. “Our technology isn’t just about features—it’s about helping people feel more comfortable, secure, and connected.”
Nice North America to Demonstrate its Products Ability to Create Seamless Smart Home Experiences
Building on its OS 8.9, OS 9 was developed to deliver a refined interface with enhanced personalization, floorplan 3D mapping, and seamless intercom features. Dealers can create custom action events, tailor routines to their customers’ lifestyle, and homeowners can enjoy a streamlined user experience across the entire Nice ecosystem. Nice North America notes the platform’s walk-up facial recognition enables instant, personalized access to the control system, making interaction fast and secure.
According to the company, as part of this update, the Nice Home Management platform will carry the ELAN name honoring decades of dealer trust in delivering customizable smart home control.
Nice North America continues, by saying what makes OS 9 powerful is how it seamlessly integrates with Nice’s broader portfolio—from custom shading solutions and high-performance audio, to gate motors, access control, and security.
