KEF America has appointed Krista Haughey as Head of Sales in the US., a newly created role aimed at strengthening sales leadership and supporting long-term growth across the British audio company’s U.S. business.
According to KEF America, Haughey will lead the U.S. sales organization and report directly to Stephanie Scola, president of KEF America. In the role, she will oversee sales strategy across independent dealers, custom integration partners, distribution, and national accounts.
Haughey brings more than 25 years of experience across the consumer electronics, custom integration, and performance audio sectors. Most recently, she served as senior director of North American sales at AudioQuest, a role she assumed after joining the company in 2018 as a regional sales manager for the Southwestern United States. During her tenure at AudioQuest, Haughey advanced through multiple leadership roles, focusing on account growth and sales strategy while expanding her experience in high-performance audio.
Prior to AudioQuest, Haughey held senior sales and strategic account roles throughout the custom integration channel, including director of strategic accounts at architectural audio company Sonance, national sales manager at fiber optics maker Cleerline Technology, and national sales manager at whole-home audio company Autonomic Controls. KEF notes that this background has given her experience across both CI-focused and performance audio sales environments.
In addition to her professional roles, Haughey has served as a board member of the Consumer Technology Association and has been an active board member of Women in Consumer Technology since 2009. She has also been recognized by CE Pro as one of its “40 Women to Watch” in 2024.Â
KEF says the appointment reflects its focus on deepening dealer engagement and supporting continued expansion in the U.S. market.
