A full house greeted the first “live” Custom Partners training event since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rich Radimer of Custom Partners, says the event went very well and the training will help integrators implement the latest Lutron lighting technologies for their clientele.
“Lutron has raised the bar once again. RadioRA 3, 10 years in the making, is a new, game changing system that promises to transform the way our residential clients look at connected lighting control,” states Radimer.
“We hosted 30 dealers from the Tri-State area and were thrilled to have with us, John Romano, Jeff Pierce and Natasha Haggman from Lutron rep firm Thea & Schoen and Liz Tyhacz from Lutron.
Radimer adds the launch of these new Lutron products and the availability of the training comes at a perfect time in the home technology market.
“RadioRA 3 brings the contemporary light bar design to a full range of connected residential products; dimmers with capacitive touch technology, switches and keypads. The enhanced functionality and new aesthetic of RadioRA 3 make it easier for our clients to say ‘yes’ to adding lighting control to their home projects,” he comments.
“Customer demand is very high as people are upgrading their living spaces after being at home for such a long time. The Lutron RadioRA 3 makes it easy for homeowners to see the value.”
