Consumers who missed the first Control4 C4Yourself Day will soon get a second chance to “see for themselves” some of the latest smart home automation solutions from the company. Control4 Corporation (NASDAQ: CTRL) has announced its second C4Yourself Day on October 18, 2018. The inaugural event on May 31, 2018 brought nearly 3,000 consumers to over 130 Control4 Certified Showrooms worldwide.
The event highlights Control4 Certified Showrooms to which many integrators have converted their showrooms.
The showroom design, which was dictated by Control4 while allowing integrators some leeway, aims to let homeowners see firsthand how home automation can fit into their lives.
The design combines interactive storytelling, visually-stunning displays, and active demonstrations. The layout also helps integrators use the showroom as a resource for their partner interior designers, builders, and architects.
What's New at C4Yourself Day?
New to the October #C4Yourself Day will be the company's Intercom Anywhere solution that enables door-to-mobile phone audio and video calling.
Other highlighted solutions include Control4's When >> Then Automation and high-performance audio demonstrations through Triad speakers with new native services including Deezer HiFi and Amazon Music.
“When people step inside, they instantly realize they are not in a traditional A/V showroom. It is designed to tell a story about how home automation enhances day-to-day life,” says Troy Hanson of Hanson Audio Video in Cincinnati, Ohio.
