PerfTech, creator of Island wired routers, has entered a partnership with Luxul, a Legrand AV brand, to offer an enterprise-class network package geared for high-traffic home and small business markets. Luxul will supply Wi-Fi 6 access points and a managed switch selected from its SW series, while PerfTech will supply its Island or Island Pro router to complete the bundle.
“Island Pro and Island deliver the performance, security, and simplicity to complement Luxul’s networking products for our mutual distributors and channel partners,” states Alex Weaver, Luxul’s VP of US Distribution Sales.
The Island Pro router and Luxul switches offer multi-gig Internet connections to ensure high-speed, high-capacity, and secure network operation. The customized bundles launched July 1 with promotional pricing through September 30 and are available to professional integrators via channel distributors who carry both brands.
Luxul began a trial of PerfTech’s Island routers in September of 2024 to evaluate synergies and compatibilities with its own components, with the goal of putting together a premium network bundle.
