Meridian Audio is an annual participant of the CES Show, but this year its participation exceeds outside of the realm of residential audio and video. At CES 2016, the British company is teaming with Intel and Jaguar Land Rover to demonstrate to CES attendees how audio integrates into the modern lifestyle.
Together these manufacturers will demo how technology in the future will place people in control at the heart of a fully connected life irrespective of their location.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this forward-thinking demonstration showing perceptive, responsive and autonomous integration,” notes John Buchanan, chief executive officer, Meridian Audio.

“Meridian has always pushed the boundaries of audio integration, seeking to provide and improve upon true high performance audio. Together we can leverage our respective fields, to show the future of lifestyle integration — removing boundaries and evolving the experience to move beyond the home, with a personalised approached that is truly tailored to a customer's individual needs.”
Meridian will provide the audio experience with its digital Sooloos music system played through its DSP3200 Digital Active Loudspeakers for the home setting, and the Meridian Surround Sound System in the Jaguar F-Pace SUV.
“Whether at home, in a vehicle or on the go, Meridian technologies have the inner capability to be perfectly integrated within any existing architecture, making it an easy, scalable and true partner in innovation“, says Marco Scialanga, automotive business manager, Meridian Audio.
The Smart Home demonstration will tell the story of a typical family’s day showing how their audio experience can be seamlessly integrated into their life.
