OneVision Launches ProVision–Portal.io Integration for Proposal-to-Service Workflow

OneVision Resources has introduced a new integration between its ProVision service management platform and Portal.io, aimed at improving how custom integrators transition projects from sales to service.

According to the company, the integration allows integrators to import proposal data from Portal directly into ProVision, where it can be converted into structured site documentation. The goal is to reduce manual data entry and ensure service teams have access to critical system details without relying on static PDFs or disconnected tools.

Through the integration, users can securely connect their Portal accounts within ProVision and import proposal information with a few clicks. The imported data is organized into a structured support brief, creating a more efficient handoff from sales teams to service and support personnel.

OneVision says proposal information often remains siloed after a project is sold, forcing service teams to re-enter data or search for details long after installation. By linking Portal directly to ProVision, the company says integrators can keep key system information accessible within the service platform technicians already use, reducing friction and the risk of missing information when supporting complex systems.

Once proposal data is imported, ProVision’s AI-powered site documentation tools can analyze the information and generate suggested documentation automatically. According to OneVision, this allows teams to build more complete records in less time, helping ensure technicians are better prepared from the start of a project.
