CE Pro is bestowing silver, gold and platinum honors in its tenth annual CE Pro Quest for Quality Awards for those companies that have been singled out by integrators for their commitment to service. That includes general communication, technical support, warranties, sales and marketing help, shipping, lead generation, incentive programs, training, trade show offerings, website and social media presence and more.
It’s no simple feat to earn the award; integrators vote for favored manufacturers and distributors by actually typing in their names, not merely clicking on a dropdown menu to pick out a company — and this year CE Pro received more than 12,000 votes in total.
“In an industry that is so product-driven, the Quest for Quality Awards are unique because they highlight the services and the people behind those products,” says Jason Knott, chief content officer at CE Pro. “This award is for every tech support person, customer service rep, sales rep, website manager, trainer and more at manufacturers and distributors… the unsung heroes of the industry.”
In addition to recognizing manufacturers and distributors in 26 categories, there is a “Category Kudos” Award that honors companies whose dealer bases may not be able to match the sheer number of touchpoints of some larger suppliers, but whose standout services garner a loyal and vocal integrator following.
Also, this year CE Pro created a special Titanium Award for distributor DOW Electronics in recognition for the supplier that had the biggest leap in votes from the previous year.
