The Z-Wave Alliance, the standards development organization dedicated to advancing the smart home and Z-Wave® technology, has announced the introduction of a new eBook Series, “WHY Z-WAVE.”
Produced by the Z-Wave Alliance for industry partners, members, and the market at large, this educational eBook series serves as the definitive guide to Z-Wave technology and how the Z-Wave protocol addresses serious challenges both now and in the future.
Curated in a multi-part series, the Z-Wave Alliance has published the first four volumes within the WHY Z-WAVE eBook series with additional volumes to be published prior to the end of the year. Volume 1-4 of the eBook series are available now for download via the Z-Wave Alliance. Topics include:
- Volume 1: WHY Z-WAVE: 10 Reasons
- Volume 2: WHY Z-WAVE: Safer. Smarter.
- Volume 3: WHY Z-WAVE: Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU)
- Volume 4: WHY Z-WAVE: Insurtech
“The creation of the WHY Z-WAVE educational eBook series is a direct response to the overwhelming success and positive feedback we’ve received on the Z-Wave State of the Ecosystem reports the Alliance has produced over the past five years,” states Mitch Klein, executive director of the Z-Wave Alliance.

In addition to the first four published volumes of the WHY Z-WAVE eBook series, additional volumes covering a variety of topics, industries, and market verticals will be released by the Z-Wave Alliance on a regular basis.
