SAVI Controls, a manufacturer of commercial AV control and automation products, has announced the addition of Paul Nagel to its team.
Paul Nagel will serve as chief product development officer (CPDO) for the company, and he brings More than 30 years of experience to SAVI Controls. Nagel will be tasked with helping the company to accelerate its market growth plans, and he will be responsible for aligning SAVI Controls’ consumer-driven product culture with scalable processes, data analytics and metrics that can be implemented throughout the lifespan of the company’s products.
“Paul’s work in building strong engineering and product management teams, combined with his breadth of experience in quality control, supply chain management, and support make him an exciting addition to the SAVI team,” states John Dorsey, CEO, SAVI Control.
Nagel previously served as Vice President of engineering for Control4, and most recently, he served as chief product development officer for Halio, Inc. Nagel holds 35 patents, and has contributed to companies that include 3Com, Compaq, US Robotics and Kaya Labs.
