“The initial slow pace of construction delayed the pre-wiring phase, creating a cascade of scheduling challenges,” says SoundVision’s Michelle Ferlauto. “The homeowner’s frequent changes and additions to the product list to fit their evolving vision led to further delays due to backorder issues. Despite these hurdles, the project team remained flexible and responsive, navigating these challenges to deliver a stunning final result.”
She notes that the slow pace of the project ended up being a benefit as the homeowners love the work and the attention to detail SoundVision showed, especially the implementation of all the lighting. It provides aesthetics and functionality throughout the lakefront home.
