At the recently completed CEDIA Expo show in Dallas, the global audio company Focal announced its 100-T Series of loudspeakers.
The large French manufacturer says that its latest line of products offers a choice of five models: three in-ceiling speakers and two outdoor speakers. Focal states the 100-T Series of speakers incorporate Polyglass cone woofers, along with aluminum tweeters. The speakers also come with magnetic, ready-to-paint grilles, and Focal emphasizes the outdoor models are IP66-rated to protect the speakers from outdoor elements such as dust, dirt and moisture.
Focal explains the 100-T Series of products were developed to serve commercial applications such as hotels, retail spaces and restaurants, and to help support these types of commercial installations the products incorporate 70-volt/100-volt systems.
