SnapAV always has one of the busiest booths at the annual CEDIA Expo trade events, and one of the reasons why dealers were populating the company’s booth this past September in Denver was to see the company’s newest Strong mount and rack products.
The Charlotte, N.C.-based manufacturer is now shipping the newly announced products, which it first showed in September at the CEDIA Expo. It says the products provide dealers with a choice of sturdy, easy-to-assemble solutions.
“We wanted to bring well made, easily installed products to market that also address a variety of installations needs,” says Chris Franck, vice president of product development for Strong Racks and Mounts. “These new equipment storage options are the best of both worlds. Our Strong VersaBox has been incredibly popular as it’s a problem solver for integrators—-similarly——both the VersaMount and Evolve rack are going to become staples in any integrator’s toolbox.”
The Evolve rack ships flat and it features a tool-less design that enables dealers to unpack the product, stand the rack up and insert the assembly screws. The rack is available in a choice of two sizes and they include options to adjust their height to fit into specific locations.
SnapAV says the VersaMount combines the convenience of its VersaBox with the low-profile design of its Razor mount series. According to the company, the mount provides storage space behind a television through its integrated single-arm articulating mount. The mount incorporates a drop-in slot for its WattBox 200 Series in-wall power unit to offer additional room for gear and facilitating IP control.
