New analytics dashboard gives integrators data on client engagement, showroom traffic, and product interest.

SmartShowroom360, the subscription-based virtual showroom platform from Cogent360, has introduced a new analytics feature designed to help integrators better understand how clients and prospects interact with their digital showrooms.

Launched following the platform’s debut at CEDIA Expo/CIX 2025 in Denver, the new feature provides detailed metrics on showroom traffic and user behavior. Through a visual dashboard, subscribers can view data such as total visits, specific rooms explored, product categories viewed, and visitor origin by geography and referral source.

“Until now, integrators could only assume how clients interacted with their digital presentations,” said Dave Chace, president of SmartShowroom360. “With SmartShowroom360 Analytics, they can finally see real data on what’s resonating, which categories, which rooms, and which links are driving engagement. It’s an entirely new level of visibility that connects immersive storytelling with measurable sales performance.”

Data-Driven Insight for Integrators

According to the company, SmartShowroom360 was created to help integrators present home technology solutions through interactive 360° environments that highlight categories such as lighting, shading, entertainment, and outdoor living. The new analytics feature allows users to use engagement data to refine presentations, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and measure potential return on investment.

“The integrators who use SmartShowroom360 aren’t just selling technology, they’re selling a lifestyle and a vision,” Chace said. “Now they can quantify how effectively their virtual showrooms are capturing that vision for clients.”

Measuring Client Engagement

Early adopters of the analytics dashboard report using the data to tailor future demos and identify which products attract the most attention. Marketing teams can also review referral traffic and engagement activity to improve targeting and lead management.

“It’s one thing to have an engaging virtual showroom,” Chace added. “It’s another to actually see the business impact, who’s visiting, what they’re exploring, and how that engagement leads to real opportunities. That’s what this new analytics layer delivers.”

According to Cogent360, SmartShowroom360’s latest enhancement is intended to strengthen the platform’s role as a sales and marketing resource for the custom integration channel, helping dealers connect client engagement data with business outcomes.
