Nortek Security & Control Appoints Richard Pugnier to serve as its new Vice President of marketing.
Pugnier will report directly to senior vice president global sales and marketing Bruce Mungiguerra, and he will work from the company’s Carlsbad, Calif. office.

Pugnier’s experience is broad, and it includes senior marketing leadership roles in technology and life sciences. Previously, he served as vice president and head of global marketing at Kontron, a global manufacturer of embedded and IoT solutions, where he helped drive company revenue from $150 million to nearly $1 billion, while leading a global team of marketing professionals in the EMEA, North America, and Asia-Pacific regions with responsibility for branding, product marketing and marketing operations.
