Level Up Automation has expanded its national footprint with the opening of a new location in Missoula, Mont., marking the company’s entry into the Montana market. According to the company, the expansion is intended to broaden access to its residential and commercial automation services while supporting continued growth across the western U.S.
According to the Massachusetts-based company’s website, the integration firm now operates in nine states: Massachusetts, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Virgina and Ohio.
The Missoula operation is co-owned and led by Jason and Jordyn Smith, the husband-and-wife team behind Smart Home Solutions LLC, which was founded in 2023. Jason Smith brings experience as a custom integrator specializing in residential automation projects, while Jordyn Smith contributes technical expertise in systems and network infrastructure from her background as a computer analyst in higher education.

Under the Smiths’ leadership, Level Up Automation of Missoula will offer a full range of residential and commercial technology solutions, including audio/video systems, automated window treatments, enterprise-grade wireless networking, smart lighting control, and technology consultation services. The company says the location will operate in alignment with its broader mission to deliver reliable, user-friendly automation systems.
