What would you say to dealers who are already familiar with your product line?
The success that dealers and integrators have had with the MS-TestPro is now greatly enhanced with the new integrated HDMI Pattern generator that can help integrators learn about problems on-site, during the installation, rather than on a phone call from a frustrated customer.
What would you say to dealers who are stumbling across your company for the first time?
The MS-TestPro is an affordable, handheld HDBaseT test device for Pro AV installers. It checks HDBaseT link performance, wire performance and even has a built-in signal generator to test signal quality up to 4K even before source and display devices are installed.

How is the European residential and commercial custom installation market different from in the U.S.?
Although there are differences in Pro AV trends and equipment, for the MS-TestPro HDBaseT tester, we see the needs of Pro AV installers as 100 percent identical in both the U.S. and the EU.
What trends did you see in 2017 that will positively impact your business?
HD over HDMI signal stability is taken for granted. But as penetration of 4K source and display devices increases, along with the demand for the bandwidth and stability to support 4K signals at high refresh rates, HDBaseT is becoming an even more attractive solution for Pro AV integrations.
With more at stake relative to HD signals over HDMI, and more that can go wrong, on-site HDBaseT testing is increasingly critical compared with previous media formats.
The market for integrated audio, video and control systems in both residences and businesses will mean that complexity in these systems will continue to increase. As integrators discover this, they will want to find ways to both simplify the integration – HDBaseT, for example – and to ensure that all the components work seamlessly with one another. The MS-TestPro can play an important role in helping to ensure this vision.
