Home automation leader Control4 acquired network solutions provider Pakedge a little over one month ago. Now the CEOs of the two companies — Martin Plaehn and Victor Pak, respectively — plan to open up about the deal and discuss the future of the two organizations as an integrated business.

On Thursday, March 24, 8:00 a.m. Pacific, Plaehn and Pak will participate in a live online chat about the integration, answering questions from dealers and the press.

Earlier this week, Pak provided a hint of things to come in a Pakedge blog:

Better Business Experiences for Our Dealers – With Control4, we are even more committed to improving the processes and operations to streamline end-customer and dealer account management, as well as to strengthening the IT infrastructure we need to more efficiently deliver meaningful business and technical training to all Pakedge dealers. For example, later this year, we will roll out a more cohesive Pakedge-focused online dealer portal featuring a dynamic e-store, product knowledgebase, and learning management system – all designed to help all Pakedge dealers become industry-leading networking masters.

CE Pro readers are invited to submit questions in advance and tune into the online event here.
