Meridian is heading to Germany in May, where it will be launching a new product at the international audio show, High End Munich 2023. Visitors will have the first opportunity to experience Meridianโs latest acoustic and visual masterpiece: The newest product to emerge from the companyโs Extreme Engineering Program.
Commencing more than six years ago, theย Extreme Engineering Programย is informed by psychoacoustics and engineered by experts. It was created to re-imagine every element of Meridianโs product platforms, including both software and hardware. The new product that Meridian is launching at the show (Atrium 3.1, Room C112) will feature the latest innovative technologies that have been developed as part of this programme.
Meridian partners, AV EMEA will be showing the Meridianย DSP3200 loudspeakersย in a striking Volcanic Orange color in Hall 2, Stand G16/H09. These compact speakers provide a powerful performance and are designed for intimate listening spaces or as part of a larger installation. The speakers employ Meridianโs proprietary DSP technologies with two integrated amplifiers, on-board digital signal processing, and two drivers.
Meridian will also have a presence at High End Munich 2023 in the Audio Reference room (Atrium 3.1, Room D111) with a live demo of the Flagshipย DSP8000 XE.ย This is the first Meridian loudspeaker to emerge from the companyโs Extreme Engineering Program. It is built on a brand-new audio architecture, using higher specification, more powerful components and leveraging Meridianโs expertise in psychoacoustics to achieve exceptional sound quality.
EbM: Engineered by Meridian
At High End Munich the EbM team will be available to meet with new and prospective customers in the Meridian room (Atrium 3.1, Room C112). EbM offers a portfolio of specialised services and unique technology products which create new and different opportunities for B2B partnership and growth.
The team will be demonstrating Meridianโsย Vibrohaptic Audio technologyย which integrates into a car seat in order to emulate a more natural and visceral listening experience within the vehicle, or any given environment (eg gaming chair, airline seat). This new technology generates tactile signals from the audio content that are transmitted through the seat to create a more exciting, engaging and realistic listening experience.
