Nortek Security & Controlย (NSC) has announced Christopher Larocca has joined the organization as chief executive officer (CEO) and Darren Learmonth as chief technology officer (CTO). Larocca and Learmonth bring a demonstrated track record of outstanding business and technology leadership into their key executive leadership positions.ย
Larocca will lead the companyโs 700 employees across its security, control, access and digital health business units addressing intelligent home and commercial automation environments. His executive leadership and expertise of instilling organizational excellence will help propel the company as it positions itself for future growth.

Learmonth joins the NSC executive leadership team as its new CTO. He is responsible for all engineering and product line management departments. Capitalizing on more than 25 years of experiencein defining and quickly bringing new products to market, Learmonth will take a leadership role in the company.
