The U.K.-based home audio company Monitor Audio, has announced three new speaker back boxes that are designed to address controlled performance system installations.
Available in the U.S. from Kevro USA, the British manufacturer states that its latest products provide professional integrators by augmenting the capabilities of its Creator Series and other Monitor Audio architectural loudspeaker products. Monitor Audio explains the new back boxes are fully sealed, and they are designed to complement the air load capabilities of its speakers’ drivers.
The CSM-BOX is made of MDF, which the company says allows integrators to install speakers from its Creator Series, AWC Series, and other products into ceilings. The back box comes with small- and medium-size ring adapters, which can also be removed by integrators. The CML-BOX is also made from MDF, and it is also compatible with the Creator Series, AWC Series, and other products. The product comes with medium- and large-size ring adapters that can be removed.
Rounding out its three new speaker-related products is the WM-BOX. This product is made of MDF, and it is designed to mount the company’s Creator Series of loudspeakers into walls.
