Bruce Kimbrell is a business programs facilitator for the Disney Institute, which was created to teach the leadership practices that have made the Walt Disney Co. both an employer and worldwide destination of choice. He said leaders inspire employee engagement through a culture where team members receive effective feedback, are empowered to give input and make and implement decisions.
