AVgator Inc. is a system integrator specializing in system design, installation, commissioning, and programming. Our flagship product, AVgator Studio, is a GUI IDE/Editor designed to create HTML5-based interfaces for Crestron control systems, for example.
Our idea is to have different connectors to other control systems to be able to work with other control systems as well. It significantly reduces development time and budget, providing a modern, efficient tool for AV professionals.

Why is AcousticSmart exhibiting at CEDIA Expo?
We are full-service home theater design-build firm that specializes in manufacturing the finest home theater interiors nationwide. We manufacture 3-dimensional star ceilings, acoustic stretch wall and panel systems, as well as custom millwork built in house. We are experts in noise isolation and noise reduction.
Our seating has won awards at CES Las Vegas for our zero clearance Transformer mechanisms, and we have developed the first acoustically breathable designer fabrics. We are never satisfied and are always hungry to learn about what we can do to bring home theater to the next level for our clients and our loyal dealers.
This year for CEDIA Expo, we developed a book called Home Theaterology to help educate and promote home theater to the many architects and interior designers around the country. [Dealers should ask] how we can make each cinema room optimal is our number one focus and priority. We have a very strong design and project management process that protects the dealers every step of the way to ensure successful completion for these very detailed and difficult high-end projects.
We think of ourselves as a brand extension of our dealers and not as a separate company that just sells custom product and design services.
What do you hope are visitors’ key takeaways?
Unique custom fabrication requests from our clients are sometimes very challenging, and you need to be flexible and think outside the box and to problem-solve these very unique requests and situations. Many of our projects featured solutions that were a first for the industry and then became standard as time moved forward. We pride ourselves on being always there to support our dealers in these unique situations.
We are a true partner, in every sense of the word, while we are building their theaters dealers can feel confident going out to sell the next one — we have their back — it’s that simple. Our thinking is “you” before us.
