Snap One says that it will go “Beyond the Bulb” by bringing its latest Control4 lighting products and knowledge to Home Technology Specialists of America’s upcoming (HTSA) Lightapalooza 2023.

The second annual lighting-focused event serves as a means for HTSA vendor partners to showcase their technologies and provide educational opportunities to HTSA members. The show takes place in Phoenix, Arizona February 20-23, 2023 at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa.

“After seeing the industry response to the inaugural Lightapalooza in 2022, we are excited to connect with leading integrators and help spread awareness of the new capabilities and integrations offered by the new Control4 linear lighting solutions,” comments Nick Meloni, product marketing manager at Snap One.

Snap One to Highlight new Control4 Solutions at Lightapalooza 2023

The N.C.-based manufacturer points out that in addition to demonstrating its new Control4 Vibrant Linear Lighting series of LED lighting solutions, Snap One will highlight Control4’s wide third-party compatibility and host two training sessions where attendees can expand their lighting sales and design skills. This is Snap One’s first year offering a brand-new “Light Sources” category and attendees will be able to speak with Snap One’s lighting and automation experts at Booth #308 throughout the show.

According to the company, Control4’s new Vibrant Linear Lighting provides Snap One partners with a complete line of controllable LED tape that offers fixed color in a variety of temperatures, warm dim, tunable white, RGBW, and RGB + tunable white options, along with all the accessories needed to create sophisticated lighting experiences. Partners can design complex lighting scenes that are activated by the press of a button, a voice command, a pre-programmed schedule or even based on the position of the sun.

Vibrant Linear Lighting is said to offer homeowners a more immersive experience and enrich customers’ lifestyles and well-being. The line can also be programmed to support circadian health, a growing wellness pursuit that mimics Earth’s natural cycles with bright, cool light during the day that slowly dims and warms in the evening.

In addition to personalized wellness experiences, the Vibrant Linear Lighting line is designed to ensure a simple and professional-looking installation, which is achieved through aluminum extrusions for mounting, translucent lenses to soften and diffuse light and Zigbee, DMX or DALI modules that provide reliable control of color and lighting temperature settings. Plus, available power supplies range from 30 Watts to 300 Watts to fit the needs of each room and project.

Snap One also notes that its vision of an interoperable Control4 home is made possible by consistently pursuing broad compatibility with third-party products, including lighting systems.

Attendees can register for the Lightapalooza 2023 show and Snap One’s two educational sessions here. Session One, titled Effectively Selling Linear Lighting, teaches integrators and technicians to positively communicate the benefits and value of lighting design and optimized lighting control to deliver profitable, client-pleasing installations.

Session Two, titled Integrating Lighting into Today’s Smart Living, discusses how smart home systems and smart lighting solutions combine to offer enhanced capabilities and quality of life for users. It will cover various use cases for integrated lighting and how lighting can form a part of more complex multi-system automations.

Snap One and Control4 experts will be on hand to discuss the advantages of the Enhanced Lights Page and Daylighting options in Control4 OS 3.3.2. In addition to the Vibrant Linear Lighting and Control4 automation products, visitors to the Snap One booth can experience and learn about the Control4 Halo family of remote controls, wireless Zigbee pucks and new metal faceplate options for contemporary style keypads.
