It’s that time of year when CE Pro wants to hear our custom integrator readership’s feedback on dealing with the companies’ they work with to provide their solutions – with much excitement, our survey to vote on the Quest for Quality Awards is now officially open.

These annual awards provide keen insights into the manufacturers and distributors that you believe excel with superior service in a wide range of categories, since they are based on write-in votes from you, the CE Pro reader.
Offer your votes and reasons behind them in categories such as Best Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales/Marketing Assistance, Warranty Support/Policies, Training Programs, Website, and more.

Overall, there are 16 categories dedicated to manufacturer service and six categories for distributor service, so take some time to reflect upon which companies impressed you last year, and tell us why.
Of course, our aim is also to provide integrator input (take the survey here) on what suppliers can do to improve service, so we also provide space for you to spout off your gripes, some of which we will share anonymously (for both the voter and supplier). Check back on last year’s manufacturer winners and distributor winners.
The awards recognize three top winners in each category: Platinum, Gold and Silver and also multiple “Category Kudos” winners in every category that designate companies with niche products or smaller suppliers that scored very well in the survey.
The deadline to cast your vote is February 19, 2024. Winners will be notified and coverage will be presented as usual in our April issue per usual.
Every year we receive more votes than the previous one, and we hope to maintain that streak so please take some time to fill out the survey and thank your top-performing suppliers!
