There are many options that homeowners can use to make their lives easier today. Some of those options, including the latest products from the California company Top Greener, not only make peoples' lives easier, but they also provide energy efficiency.

The Santa Ana, Calif.-based company's latest products, the DWHOS Humidity Sensor and Motion Detector Switch and TU21548A Dual Port USB Charger Outlet Receptacle have been developed to install quickly into homes, and to provide the convenience and energy savings that homeowners seek in their home purchases.

The DWHOS Humidity Sensor and Motion Detector Switch is an in-wall dual-tech humidity sensor and passive infrared motion sensor all within a single switch, and it can be used to minimize mold.

The humidity sensor automatically turns on a fan when the humidity levels exceed a predetermined level, and it shuts the fan off once the humidity levels return to normal levels.

Aesthetically, the DWHOS Humidity Sensor and Motion Detector Switch features a click-on face cover that allows dealers to color match the product to the rest of its surroundings. The sensor covers 600-square feet through its 180-degree field-of-view.

The TU21548A Dual Port USB Charger Outlet Receptacle incorporates the company's IntelliChip Technology that reads the power level of plugged in devices and charges the device while maximizing charging efficiency. This technology prevents overheating and the over charging of devices. It also provides interchangeable face covers to color match the product to its room environment.

In addition to its USB ports, the TU21548A Dual Port USB Charger Outlet Receptacle also includes two tamper resistant outlets that prevent the insertion of objects into the outlets to help maintain safety.
