Nationwide Marketing Group has announced it has re-established its home entertainment program with LG Electronics USA. The revived program officially launched June 1, 2023 and provides independent retailers and custom integrators part of the Nationwide Marketing Group access to LG’s TV, audio, and video portfolios.
“As the home entertainment space continues to evolve right in front of our eyes, we were eager to reestablish our partnership with LG Electronics,” says David Watt, Nationwide’s senior director of consumer electronics.
“LG has been an important partner in the consumer electronics space for a long time, and this program will give our members easy access to the solutions their customers want. It’s a great step toward supporting our independent retailers and integrators, and helping them grow and strengthen their businesses.”
The announcement comes as LG celebrates the 10th anniversary of the company’s OLED technology, and follows a recent announcement by LG to push forward with subscription and ad-based sales models on many of its television and appliance products.
The move, the company notes, is part of a positioning of the brand as a “Smart Life Solution Company.” Part of this includes a greater focus on developing the company’s HVAC, energy management, and digital healthcare portfolios, as well as a strengthening of the company’s B2B connections.
Through the Nationwide partnership, Nationwide members will have access to digital marketing campaigns, in-store marketing opportunities, and financing promotions, among other benefits. These tools, notes Nationwide in a press release, will enable participating members to position the LG brand for success in their retail stores and custom integration business.

The LG Electronics team will be on hand at Nationwide PrimeTime in Nashville, August 13-16, giving members a chance to get up close with their TVs, soundbars, monitors and more.
