With “laser TV” solutions increasingly popular as big-screen home video solutions, Epson states that its EpiqVision LS650 ultra-short throw (UST) projection system provides homeowners an enjoyable way to watch all of the March Madness games without sacrificing image quality.
Epson explains EpiqVision Ultra LS650 3-Chip LCD Smart Streaming Projector is capable of residing in rooms with ambient light to produce bright, colorful images in sizes as large as 120 inches. According to the company, the UST projector incorporates its 4K PRO-UHD technologies to produce a 4K compliant resolution, and it produces as much as 3,600 lumens of white and color brightness levels to reproduce everything from March Madness games in the spring, to baseball in the summer, and football and hockey games in the fall and winter months without sacrificing image quality.

Looking beyond its performance parameters, Epson points out that it designed the UST projector to fit into a variety of home interiors to provide homeowners to benefit from a big-screen TV solution that doesn’t take up a lot of space, and in addition to its room-friendly footprint, the projector is easy to setup.

Helping with the setup process the company continues, it offers a companion Setting Assistant app that aids with projector set up options such as display size. Other features the UST projector offers includes a built-in 2.1 audio system designed by Yamaha, as well as an HDMI input that provides eARC functionality to support the LS650’s integration into surround sound and immersive audio systems.
Besides the ability to deliver March Madness and other sports action, the EpiqVision Ultra LS650 also incorporates smart TV capabilities, including streaming services highlighted by Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, MAX, and YouTube. Additionally, Epson says the projector also provides voice control options via Google Assistant.
