BluOS, a whole-house wireless audio management platform developed by Lenbrook Media Group, has announced support for remote monitoring via Domotz, a network monitoring service. With integrated support, integrators can enable remote monitoring and configuration of BluOS Enabled products using the Domotz cloud platform.
“Integrating with Domotz will give BluOS integrators the tools they need to provide superior client service,” explains Andrew Haines, product manager, BluOS. “Remote monitoring will be powerful for integrators who want to reassure home owners through early visibility of issues to be addressed before they lead to service disruption.”
“The BluOS integration is an important one for us,” adds J.B. Fowler, chief product officer at Domotz. “We know BluOS appeals to very discerning homeowners who place great value on excellent customer service so to be chosen as the first remote monitoring platform to be integrated with BluOS is something we are proud of.”
The BluOS platform, including the Domotz integration, will be demonstrated at Stand 2H700 at the Integrated Systems Europe Show in Barcelona, Spain, from January 30 to February 2, 2024.
