David Cain will become vice president, sales and commerce with overall responsibility for global sales and distribution, product management and customer service across the brands. Cain is currently based in London, where he has served as Bluesound’s director of sales, key markets. He will be relocating to Toronto.

Agata Mossop will take on a newly-created role as Lenbrook International’s vice president, channel development. Mossop will also provide brand management for “non-Lenbrook owned” audio distribution in North America, currently consisting of Bang & Olufsen PLAY and Tivoli Audio.

“Succession planning, longer range management development and team building are important parts of our company’s culture,” says Simmonds. “As some of our valued leaders take a step back from their daily operational responsibilities, we have put ourselves in the fortunate position to be able to promote talented individuals that can capably assume the reins of leadership at Lenbrook. We have no doubt that these changes will bring an infusion of fresh energy and new ideas to continue us on our successful path.”
