IntegrateU, a Richmond, Va.-based education business targeted at the custom installation industry, has announced its training center is now an authorized CEDIA Education Partner. The IntegrateU training center is home to ProSource Academy and embedded inside CE Pro 100 integrator, Livewire.

“We’re excited to partner with CEDIA,” says Dante Walston, CEO of IntegrateU. “Our courses are designed to enable students to attain industry certifications, including CEDIA’s new Cabling & Infrastructure Technician Certification (CIT). This new relationship will help fast track our students into getting certified soon after graduation.”

CEDIA and IntegrateU are also announcing any new ProSource Academy Level I graduates will now receive a credit towards sitting for their CEDIA CIT exam (a $50 value). This added incentive will help drive adoption of CEDIA’s new certification and give ProSource Academy graduates one more reason to run through the finish line with industry certifications.

IntegrateU is an education business for the custom installation industry, oriented at helping CI businesses onboard employees successfully as well as helping implement customized training, sales and RMR programs. Finding and retaining employees is a perennial problem for the custom installation industry and IntegrateU’s curriculum is designed to ease that burden for integrators.
