JM Resources, a CE Pro 100 security integrator specializing in residential security, home automation, commercial fire safety, access control, and camera surveillance systems, has announced its acquisition of HI Universal, a leading commercial fire alarm and burglary company based in Southampton, Pa.

This strategic move significantly enhances JM Resources’ presence within its geographical footprint, allowing for expanded full-service fire and life safety solutions to complement its existing client base, according to the integrator.

The King of Prussia, Pa.-headquartered JM Resources came in at No. 71 in last year’s CE Pro 100 rankings after posting strong revenues in 2022. Terms of the HI Universal deal were not disclosed.
