Due to continuing inventory constraints with no foreseeable solutions and the changing landscape of just-in-time availability, Chris Gilray, owner of AHA Distributing and Phoenix Marketing, has decided to close AHA Distributing effective August 31, 2022.
Gilray admits the decision was not an easy one, but he says it allows his staff to focus 100% on the growth experienced by Phoenix Marketing. Phoenix Marketing expansion includes the addition of the Phoenix Marketing Commercial Division and the Phoenix Marketing Design Division. The Business Development and Design Team is capturing new business daily through Designers, Architects and Builders, which has been passed on daily to our committed integrator partners.
This new business on top of the significant growth has led to further expansion into the Middle Atlantic Region, effective October 1, 2022 with committed vendors and more amazing team members already in place.
“Our focus and message has always been strong relationships and superior customer service. When we could no longer support that message in distribution due to stock constraints and shipping issues, the solution became obvious to focus even more on a direct relationship between the integrator and manufacturer,” says Gilray.
“We have been fortunate enough to align ourselves with partners that cover every aspect of the A/V, Lighting and Shading industry who are all navigating the stock shortages better than most.”
