The wellness category is quickly gaining momentum as the public seeks a better quality of life. Supporting wellness in the home, Airthings has introduced its new View Plus indoor air quality product.
Battery-powered and equipped with Wi-Fi capabilities, the new indoor air quality product incorporates particle matter (PM), radon, carbon dioxide (CO2) and other sensors, along with a customizable user display.
Airthings points out the World Health Organization (WHO) data that indicates nine out of 10 people breathe unsafe air on a regular basis.
According to the Norwegian company, through the use of the View Plus, homeowners can monitor PM, radon, CO2, humidity, airborne chemicals (VOC), temperature, air pressure and outdoor air quality.
Elaborating on the customization of the View Plus, the company notes the product adapts to users’ surroundings. Airthings says the unit will display the most relevant data based on homeowners’ locations.
Airthings also points out that homeowners can log into their products’ Airthings Dashboard for more in-depth environmental analysis.
Additionally, there is a commercial version of the View Plus available, and the European company also supports the product with a companion app that also delivers important air quality information.
