The new Resideo ProSeries Security and Smart Home platform was developed to serve as an end-to-end solution to meet a range of integrator needs.
Resideo explains that its latest security system supports residential applications through its ability to offer homeowners a single security and home control solution. The company points out the system is backboned by technologies that include its AlarmNet 360.
Highlighting some of the features the ProSeries Security and Smart Home platform offers both dealers and homeowners, the company says it provides local programming from the system panels’ user interface. This local interface from the system panels utilizes the same menu structure and options found with its AlarmNet 360 Web and mobile interface.
Other options the system offers includes video doorbell viewing that allows homeowners to view live video from Total Connect cameras or Skybell doorbells on the system’s control panel and wireless touchscreen.
Supporting reliable system functionality the ProSeries line also offers the PROSiX Wireless Repeater that is capable of extending the range of Resideo’s SiX Wireless Devices and life-safety devices.
Additionally, Resideo notes, the ProSeries provides homeowners with convenience features such as Amazon Alexa voice control capabilities, along with system alerts, and 24/7 professional monitoring that communicates with first-alert responders.
