Acoustic Design Systems (ADS), a Las Vegas-based electronics integration company serving the commercial, residential home automation, and security solution markets, has announced the promotion of Amanda Crigar to vice president.
In her new role, Amanda Crigar will spearhead the development of new efficiencies, procedures, and training programs while overseeing day-to-day operations by leading the company’s sales, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, and administrative departments.

Bringing over two decades of industry expertise, Crigar became an integral part of ADS in 2019, assuming the role of director of marketing & business development. Prior to her official appointment, she served as a consultant to the company for a decade, offering invaluable insights on business development, strategic planning, and marketing initiatives. In this capacity, she effectively managed all marketing initiatives, supervised sales operations, and cultivated new strategic partnerships. In 2021 Amanda Crigar was elevated to the position of vice president of sales & marketing, assuming responsibility for steering the sales team and fostering organizational growth. During her tenure, ADS has experienced remarkable success, with annual sales soaring by nearly 40% to surpass $10 million in 2023, a testament to not only the ADS team, but also Crigar’s dedication and strategic acumen.
Throughout her career Crigar has also served as a thought leader and subject matter expert in home and commercial integration. Crigar has been invited to speak on numerous industry panels for key trade organizations including the National Association of Home Builders of the United States (NAHB), Home Technology Association (HTA), and Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA).
