Skywalker AV Revamps Website and Social Media Presence to Win Quest for Quality Award

Thanks in part to updating an already award-winning website with new features and focusing more on social media, Skywalker AV won four Quest for Quality Awards this year.


Last year, Skywalker AV completely revamped its website, which was already a multi-year winner of a Quest for Quality Award. While the company didn't take home an award for its website this year, Skywalker AV did push to improve its social media presence, earning a gold for its efforts. 

“Our social media presence is imperative to keep our customers informed on a day-to-day basis. We focus on providing our followers with relevant industry information, helpful tips, and company updates on what’s new,” says Randy Criebaum, president, Skywalker AV. 

“We also use social media to coordinate events, inform our customers about sales promotions, and as a forum for trending A/V topics. Occasionally, we might post a meme or two just for fun!” 

By pairing good social media practices with a sleek, easy-to-use website, Skywalker AV shows a dedication to its online presence that's not often seen in the CE market. 

“It's extremely important to us that our dealers have an easy and enjoyable experience while shopping online,” says Criebaum.

“The site is packed with key features to help dealers do business such as our integrated proposal software, hundreds of how-to videos and more.”

Skywalker AV Dealer Programs and Shipping Policies Earn Awards 

Skywalker AV also won platinum Quest for Quality Awards for its shipping policies and customer service.
