AV software companies D-Tools and Portal have been selected to join the ENGAGE Program from business excellence coaching and software company VITAL.
According to a press release, the program is a collaborative effort among AV vendors and manufacturers committed to the success of integrators as a core part of the AV industry’s success. Members in the program will work together to help dealers optimize their business through education, marketing and collaboration.
In short, the program aims to create stronger and more profitable dealers and integrators to benefit vendors.
According to an announcement, VITAL’s business metrics, benchmarking, best practice sharing and coaching have led to profitable growth for participating integrators. That includes comparisons against benchmarks of more than 300 other successful dealers and actionable insights from that analysis.
Barrie McCorkle, director of supplier programs at D-Tools, added that the partnership with VITAL will help users better understand how to grow their business.
“VITAL’s business assessment and coaching platform complements our solution and dovetails nicely with the objectives we have to help improve the lives and bottom line for users,” says McCorkle.
Josh Willits, portal president, says dealers need a strategic partner to help them stay on track and make a profit. “So, it makes sense that we work together to give dealers the tools they need to help run their businesses more efficiently,” says Willits.
Matt Bernath, president of VITAL, remarked that the company welcomes D-Tools and Portal to the program to maximize business outcomes for dealers’ clients. “We look forward to adding more CI businesses to our ENGAGE Program to pass through even more incentives and resources to VITAL dealers,” says Bernath.
According to VITAL, the organization has helped over 300 custom integrators optimize their business via technology, benchmarking, and guidance.
