The days of having a passive website are over, according to One Firefly LLC. The sales and marketing agency is unveiling this week a new live chat service called Lead Concierge that evolves integrators' websites from a passive entity to a proactive one that engages customers and aims to boost sales.
Think about it. Integrators spend an awful lot of time, energy and money paying Google to get potential clients to find their websites, but what do they do once that prospect clicks on to the website? If you are like most integrators, not much. Indeed, even having a website loaded with useful information and project galleries and videos may not be enough unless the customer is somehow prodded to pick up the phone or fill out an online form requesting more information.
Now comes Lead Concierge. It is a personalized live chat service aimed at helping integrators engage with website visitors in a thoughtful, intelligent manner. The service, which costs either $149 or $249 per month depending on the traffic to the website, will aid technology integration professionals to capture the attention of visitors to their website, provide customers with instant answers to their questions, and increase conversions by engaging qualified leads.

While live chat services are becoming more abundant, Lead Concierge is manned by experts in the custom integration and security industries staffed by One Firefly. The chat window will generally be placed in the lower right corner of a client’s website and may remain passive or can actively pop-up after a predetermined time and invite the visitor to ask a question.

Interactions are recorded and leads and service requests are immediately delivered to the client’s respective points of contact for sales or service requests. The Lead Concierge service has been in a beta testing phase since July 2016 while One Firefly refined the service in preparation for launch, which will officially take place at CEDIA 2016 (booth #1718).
Lead Concierge will be available for purchase starting September 13, 2016. The service will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to 100 clients for the duration of 2016.
Once purchased, the chat feature will be deployed on a client’s website beginning October 1, 2016. Once the limit of 100 clients has been reached, One Firefly will continue to take orders for the chat service; however, deployment will not take place until January 2017.

Lead Concierge service aims to deliver a low cost, high value solution and is available at two different price points depending on website traffic volume:
Standard Chat Service: $149/month
- For integrators who have less than 1,000 website sessions per month (defined by Google Analytics)
- Chat service is staffed Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout N.A. time zones
- Unlimited number of chat engagements
- Monthly reporting & analysis
- Client can receive up to 5 new leads*, with additional leads costing $30/month
Premium Chat Service: $249/month
- For integrators who have more than 1,000 website sessions per month (defined by Google Analytics)
- Chat service is staffed seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout N.A. time zones
- Unlimited number of chat engagements
- Monthly reporting & analysis
- Client may receive up to 10 leads* per month, with additional leads costing $25/lead
The promotional pricing is available until September 23, 2016. After that time the price increases to $199 and $299 respectively, per month.
