What would you say to dealers who are already familiar with your product line?
We’re continuing to innovate the already stellar ADAPT product. You’ll want to see the direction we’re going first hand!
What would you say to dealers who are stumbling across your company for the first time?
The home automation industry is changing. Are you paying attention? What's the warranty, quality control and support like with your chosen automation manufacturer?
If your answer is, “The best,” then you're a Crestron dealer! Great choice! How are you handling the most expensive and difficult part of being a Crestron dealer… software and deployment? Do you sell software or just deal with it? Are you adapting to the changes or are you dying?
ADAPT is the fastest and most reliable way to program and configure a Crestron system in the world. You owe it to your business to know more.
If an integrator stops by your booth with only 5 minutes to spare, what’s the one product he should examine or one question he should ask?
The one question needed is, “How can ADAPT change my Crestron business?”
What’s your most memorable CEDIA moment?
Last year our booth was full all day long every day. I remember looking at the crowd and thinking, “There’s no way we can get to all these people.” It was a great memory but also one that made me realize what we’ve really done.
Do you have any giveaways, contests or quirky features planned for CEDIA?
We’re giving away great shirts, and we’re having an ADAPT Dealer Party at “The Owners Box” sports bar in the Omni Hotel on Thursday the 15th from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Food and drinks are free for all of our dealers!
Think of your closest competitor. What is one thing you do offer that they don’t?
Many companies have tried in the past to create a “one size fits all” solution to Crestron programming and have failed. They failed because they took away the one thing Crestron is great at. Controlling anything you want your own way.
ADAPT differentiates itself by allowing things to be programmed in 50 percent or less time at the same time allowing for the ultimate in flexibility. With ADAPT you’re never stuck and can program, configure and deploy in a fraction of the time you’ve been used to.
