ADI and Snap One today announced the soft opening launch of a new store in Omaha, Neb., marking what the companies call “a significant milestone in its integration.”
The new store opening “serves as a pilot for the company’s combined vision by showcasing the best offerings across ADI and Snap One – all under one roof,” according to the announcement.
This store replaces the previous ADI location and “provides Snap One customers with a convenient shopping option that was not available to them before,” the announcement says.
The new and modernized space “combines a retail storefront with a state-of-the-art warehouse, fully stocked with products across all key categories including security, AV, smart home and more,” according to the announcement. “The new store design is a result of a strong collaboration between the legacy ADI and Snap One teams.”

“By combining our teams, strengths, and capabilities we are better positioned to deliver even greater value to customers,” he says. “The Omaha store is a prime example of how we are even better together.”
The companies debuted as a combined entity for the custom channel at CEDIA Expo 2024 in Denver.
Additional ADI and Snap One store highlights, according to the companies, include:
- 15,000+ square foot space – 2.5x larger than the previous Omaha location
- Expanded product assortment – featuring 500+ Snap One SKUs
- New brands introduced to legacy ADI and Snap One customers
- Increased inventory – including 100+ consumer TVs from industry-leading brands
- 24-hour pick up room, plus delivery and shipping options
- Dedicated training space for in-store and virtual sessions

Staffed by the former ADI Omaha team along with a newly added dedicated AV specialist role, the new ADI and Snap One store “showcases the strengths and resources of the combined business,” according to the announcement.
During the soft opening and pilot phase, the company “will actively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to help shape future store openings,” the announcement says. To commemorate the soft opening, the company is featuring a series of promotions for local customers leading up to a grand opening event’ scheduled for early 2025.
