One week after launching its new Customer Portal, Specifi, a provider of proposal writing and business management software for AV installers, has announced the introduction of Specifi WebBuilder.
The company boasts that its latest release is a game changing tool that empowers Specifi dealers to create dynamic websites directly within the Specifi platform. The new tool will become available to Specifi subscribers on June 3.
“Our mission from the beginning has been to create tools to help dealers present themselves with the highest level of professionalism, close more business, and improve profitability,” says Mathew Booth, managing director and founder of Specifi. “Dealers often don’t have the time, or know where to start, when developing and maintaining a website. We realized that the Specifi platform has most of the assets needed for a professional website and invested our efforts so dealers could use these assets to easily produce and maintain a fully functional website.”
According to Booth, AV industry websites are often a double-edged sword. The initial creation costs can be hefty, and ongoing maintenance fees for updates and changes add up quickly. The Specifi WebBuilder shatters these limitations by making a professional, effective website affordable for every partner that subscribes to the Specifi solution. And after the initial setup, all changes can be easily made by partners on the solution’s intuitive and simple builder.
Specifi WebBuilder was designed from the ground up to be easy to use and maintain. During the initial website set-up, partners will receive comprehensive training from Specifi’s expert UX designer to make changes and navigate its AV-specific features. Because it is the partner’s own website, WebBuilder empowers partners to manage it independently — eliminating the need for ongoing maintenance fees that would normally be incurred when outsourcing the development of a site. Any updates or changes can be easily made by the user.
“The real beauty of the Specifi WebBuilder lies in its dynamic nature,” comments Booth. “As you update your Specifi platform, your website automatically reflects the latest information. This ensures seamless brand consistency between your online presence and your proposals, eliminating the worry of outdated content.”
The Specifi WebBuilder offers a wealth of customization options to create a website that reflects each partner’s unique brand identity including colors, fonts, and all other brand standards. And if a user doesn’t have their branding set, WebBuilder can help define the brand in the initial set-up. Additionally, all WebBuilder websites are fully responsive, ensuring optimal viewing on any device. Partners have the option to view how it will look on mobile, laptop or tablet before it is published.
Once launched, the website will be hosted on secure Specifi servers and fully managed from the partner’s Specifi account. Platinum support comes as standard with all Specifi subscriptions, and this is no different for Specifi WebBuilder. Support is always available for any questions that may arise.
