Roksan, a brand of UK-based Monitor Audio Group, has received Roon Ready certification for its Attessa Streaming Integrated Amplifier that is marketed as a user-friendly media device.
Roon allows users to browse, organize and listen to music and helps them locate content automatically via a surfable digital magazine. Roon also doubles as a multi-room, multi-use networked audio platform that offers bit-perfect playback, DSD and PCM up sampling, multichannel support and Signal path display, according to a press release.
Being “Roon Ready” means that the Roksan Attessa Streamer transparently discovers and connects to Roon without any configuration, and bit-perfect audio is delivered from Roon to the Attessa streaming amp, according to Roskan.
Now with Roon Ready certification and multi-room audio technology BluOS, the amplifier is even moe versatile, Roksan says, adding that it supports up to 24bit/192kHz PCM playback. It can support up to 20 streaming services and can stream up to 64 zones, the company says.
According to Roksan, the Attessa Streaming Integrated Amplifier features:
- Roon Ready Certified
