DOW will be donating 2.5% of sales over the next week to Hurricane Ian relief. As Hurricane Ian’s destruction has had wide ranging impacts the company’s home state of Florida. The company states that it wants to offer assistance to those in need. According to the company, its plan is to donate a percentage of sales, and it also would like to provide an opportunity for its customers to get involved in supporting those in need.
DOW emphasizes that its customers can be confident that part of their purchases will go towards those impacted by the storm.
The company adds that as a small/medium sized business, it recognizes the importance and the responsibility of SMBs to support local communities. Dow notes that many of its customers have been profoundly impacted by hurricane Ian, and it is striving to do its part to help get local communities back up and running.
